Job summary

Lockheed Martin Australia is seeking an experienced Project Controller/Scheduler to join the CSI-IPT team. You will develop and maintain integrated schedules supporting production, testing and maintenance across major Defence programs, including SEA4000 upgrades and Hunter Class Frigates.

You will be responsible for analysing schedule performance, managing critical paths, and delivering insights to enable informed decisions. A defence security clearance and Australian citizenship are required.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience developing and maintaining integrated project schedules.
• Strong understanding of planning, scheduling and project controls.
• Experience using enterprise scheduling tools (Primavera P6, MS Project).

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrated project schedules across defence programs.
• Analyse critical paths, milestones and dependencies to identify delivery risks.
• Produce forecasted schedule performance and insights for decision-making.
• Ensure schedule governance and compliance with standards.
• Develop resource demand and utilisation reporting for capacity planning.
• Integrate supplementary schedules with master schedules and reporting frameworks.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers and stakeholders to drive delivery.
• Contribute to continuous improvement in scheduling processes.
• Provide subject matter expertise in planning and scheduling to project teams.
• Support successful project delivery across CSI-IPT initiatives.
