Collins Aerospace in Australia is seeking a Procurement Specialist to own key procurement tasks within the local Supply Chain team. You will manage requisitions, onboarding of suppliers, and liaise with international teams to meet stakeholder needs.

The role requires a minimum of 3 years in procurement, SAP/ARIBA experience, and strong commercial acumen. Government/defence experience is a plus; Australian Citizenship and NV1 clearance eligibility are relevant.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years proven background and experience in procurement/purchasing to pay environment is essential.
• Experience navigating SAP for purchasing and reporting responsibilities.
• Supply chain/procurement credentials and experience with ARIBA or comparable system is highly desirable.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to understand and negotiate terms and agreements.
• Proven ability to work within tight deadlines in a complex environment.
• Previous experience within government/defence/aerospace sector is desirable but not essential.

Responsabilidades

• Process purchase requisitions through to purchase orders and onboard suppliers to systems (e.g., ARIBA).
• Liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of goods, services and subcontractor projects.
• Source materials and services while reviewing market pricing structures.
• Communicate professionally with stakeholders to prioritise work in time-sensitive environments.
• Analyse root causes to enable issue resolution and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Model and uphold company values and compliance with policies and governance.
