Job summary

ASC Pty Ltd is seeking a dedicated Business Analyst to partner with stakeholders across the organisation. You will understand requirements, drive process improvements and support successful delivery of initiatives in a defence-focused environment.

You'll contribute to governance, reporting and data-driven decision-making while navigating dependencies in a complex program landscape and ensuring compliance with security clearances.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a business analyst or similar role.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building abilities.
• Experience documenting and improving business processes and requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proactive mindset and focus on delivering business value.

Responsibilities

• Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs and opportunities.
• Elicit, analyse and document business requirements and processes.
• Facilitate workshops and discussions to drive alignment and decisions.
• Analyse current processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and compliance.
• Develop process maps, procedures, governance documents and reporting.
