Job summary

Sikorsky Australia, a Lockheed Martin Company, is seeking a Logistics Officer to join the Sea Hawk Program on the South Coast. Based in Nowra, you will contribute to maintaining critical MH60R/S&TE inventory and support defence supply chain operations.

You will work within the Logistics team to manage procurement, repairs, and stock levels while ensuring compliance with Defence security requirements. The role emphasizes accuracy, timeliness, and coordination with suppliers and internal

Qualifications

• Proficient with standard desktop software.
• Ability to obtain Defence NV1 clearance.
• Ability to obtain Commonwealth Instrument to Act (Financial Delegation).

Responsibilities

• Manage MH60R and/or S&TE Inventory through FMS Procurement/Repairs including O&A and ACO, Local purchase/repairs within country suppliers
• Maintain minimum on shelf serviceable stock levels to meet Fleet requirements.
• Nil Stock Demand (NSD) management.
• Management of freight requests as required
• Assist with management of CANABs and authorisations of restricted requisitions
• Provide data on Head Hurters, including Get Well data for MH60R &/or S&TE Inventory with delays/repair shortfalls
• Support and assist with Internal/External Audit activities as required.
• Assist with management of budgets &/or Annual Induction Schedule associated with BDS, Repairable &/or S&TE Inventory
