Job summary

Raytheon Australia is seeking an Integrated Logistics Support Engineer to join a dynamic, fast-moving team delivering services for the Navy's Surface Fleet. The role offers collaboration across defence and industry and exposure to advanced technologies with mentorship from experts.

You will lead ILS artefact development, engage with internal and external stakeholders nationwide, and contribute to maintenance planning and asset management within a supportive national network.

Qualifications

• Experience with Defence maritime sustainment artefacts.
• Knowledge of ISO55000/55001 standards desirable.
• Interpersonal skills to work with Defence, CASG, and MV Enterprise contractors.
• Analytical skills to assess data on complex maritime plant.
• Engineering degree with potential CPEng pathway.
• Experience representing engineering services to customers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain ILS models (functional, reliability, sparing).
• Provide SME advice on ILS artefacts.
• Prepare and maintain ILS plans, data lists, maintenance procedures.
• Contribute to Asset Management policies and frameworks.
• Conduct ILS activities ensuring compliance across teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver quality outcomes.
