Job summary

Mott MacDonald Australia Defence and Security Division is seeking Project Managers to lead multidisciplinary design projects within the Estate Works Program, delivering on schedule, budget and quality for Defence infrastructure across the estate.

You will drive delivery excellence, mentor staff, collaborate across internal teams and delivery partners, and travel to project locations as required in Canberra and surrounding sites.

Qualifications

• 4–10 years experience leading project delivery in building services, infrastructure, refurbishment, civil or maritime environments

Responsibilities

• Deliver EWP projects on schedule, within budget, and to high quality standards in Defence environment
• Foster collaboration across internal project teams and industry delivery partners
• Proactively manage issues, drive decision making, and lead resolution pathways
• Evaluate and mitigate risks for Defence clients
• Provide mentorship to staff seeking to develop their knowledge and experience in delivery of major infrastructure projects
