Job summary

Amida Group in Sydney seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead defence, industrial and commercial projects. The role involves managing a team of Project Managers and delivering projects up to $10m, with responsibilities spanning tendering, business development, contract management, and design leadership.

The role is office-based with site visits, focusing on growing the Defence sector business unit and maintaining high standards across HSEQ, programming, and client liaison.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or similar.
• 7–15+ years of project delivery experience across industrial/defence sectors.
• Proven leadership to motivate teams.
• Experience with greenfield projects.
• Strong planning and financial reporting skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
