Service Stream, a leading national service provider, is expanding its Defence division in South Australia and the Northern Territory. We are seeking qualified Electricians for permanent, full-time roles at Edinburgh, Keswick and Woomera to support maintenance, installation and commissioning of electrical systems across Defence facilities.

You must be an Australian citizen and able to obtain a Defence Security Clearance.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in electrical maintenance and repair, preferably within Defence or similar environment.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, components and repair techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical manuals.
• Understanding of workplace safety standards and practices.
• Certificate III in Electrotechnology, Electrician or equivalent qualification.
• Valid electrical licence.

Responsabilités

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical systems and equipment across Defence facilities.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues promptly and efficiently.
• Install, test and commission new electrical systems and components as required.
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards and regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work, including changes to systems.
• Collaborate with maintenance staff and departments to coordinate work with minimal disruption.
