Qualifikationen

• Must be an Australian citizen eligible for Baseline Security Clearance.
• Ability to undertake pre-employment medical.

• Deliver high-quality classroom and practical driver training to Defence personnel in accordance with Defence, Industry and NVITAFE standards.
• Conduct on-road and off-road driver assessments, providing constructive feedback to develop safe, competent and confident drivers.
• Promote safety by complying with WHS requirements and PPE usage, and contribute to risk management and incident prevention.
• Identify learner and program improvement opportunities, contributing to training resources and assessment methods.
• Adapt training to diverse learners while maintaining high safety, professionalism and operational effectiveness.
