Job summary

KBR Australia is seeking a Contract Management Officer to support the Commercial and General Service Vehicle Systems Program Office (CGSVSPO) within LVSB. You will manage contract activities for defence vehicle fleets, ensuring compliance with procurement policies and frameworks.

Ideal candidates have tertiary qualifications in project/commercial management, 2+ years in defence or government, and strong drafting, communication and risk-management skills, with the ability to obtain an Australian

Qualifications

• Higher Education in Project / Commercial Management or related field (minimum Diploma).
• Experience with contract management and procurement practices.
• Knowledge of ASDEFCON contracting framework is highly desirable.
• Experience with drafting formal correspondence and reports.

Responsibilities

• Support a range of contract management activities for defence vehicle fleets.
• Assist procurement planning, tendering, and contract formation while ensuring compliance with policies.
• Review contracting correspondence and provide advice on reports and contract changes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and SMEs to address contracting issues.
