Job summary

SchoolHouse in Western Sydney is seeking a Dean of Academics (Secondary) to lead faculty heads in delivering and refining the NESA-compliant curriculum and differentiated learning across the secondary program.

Experienced leaders and aspiring leaders are encouraged to apply, with a strong emphasis on collaboration within a Christian school community. The role is based in the Western Sydney area and aims to support students on their secondary education journey.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Education or equivalent.
• Current NESA Accreditation and WWCC (or eligibility to gain).
• Appropriate qualifications and experience teaching subjects outlined above.
• Motivation and a passion to work with and support young people on their journey through secondary education.
• Enthusiasm and flexibility to work effectively within a collaborative team environment.
• Ability and desire to actively support the values and ethos of the school.
• Working Rights for Australia (or in the process of applying).
