About the Role
We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact at Melbourne City Hyundai. This full-time role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has excellent people skills, and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting and assisting guests in person and over the phone
  • Managing a high volume of inbound calls
  • Handling customer bookings for the Service Department
  • Handling general administrative tasks such as mail, bookings, and data entry, key tags and monitor coffee station
  • Supporting the wider team to ensure a smooth front-of-house and service experience

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in a reception or customer service role
  • Professional presentation and a welcoming manner
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay organised in a busy environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Current driver's licence preferred but not essential
