Job summary

Fantastic Furniture is looking for a Retail Operations Administration Coordinator to support our national store network and Retail Operations team. You will coordinate communications, organise meetings and events, and help maintain records across stores and Support Office.

The role requires strong organisation, prioritisation and collaboration across departments, with a customer-focused mindset and attention to detail. Excel skills and adaptability are important in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in administration, retail operations, customer service or a similar support role.
  • A customer-focused approach and positive, can-do attitude.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to prioritise competing demands and meet deadlines.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
  • Experience using Adobe would be advantageous but is not essential.

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Retail Operations team.
  • Act as a key point of contact for operational enquiries from stores.
  • Coordinate retail communications across stores and Support Office teams.
  • Organise meetings, prepare agendas and assist with meeting materials and follow-up actions.
  • Support the coordination of retail events, conferences and special projects.
  • Maintain accurate records, documents, reports and operational information.
  • Monitor deadlines and follow up on outstanding actions.
  • Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and ways of working.

You'll act as a key point of contact between stores, Support Office teams and other stakeholders, helping ensure communications, meetings, events and operational activities are coordinated effectively. This is a varied, fast-paced role where no two days are the same.
