Job summary

BlueScope Distribution is seeking a Warehouse Team Member (Day Shift) in Marsden Park, NSW. You will safely receive, store and dispatch steel products and operate overhead cranes and RF scanners in a large-scale industrial environment.

This permanent full-time role offers a structured buddy program during weeks 1–6, ongoing training and career development opportunities, and a focus on safety and teamwork within a respected Australian employer.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in warehousing, manufacturing, logistics or similar hands-on environment.

Responsibilities

• Safely receiving, storing and dispatching steel products.
• Operating overhead (pendant) cranes and material handling equipment.
• Loading and unloading trucks and customer collections.
• Picking and preparing customer orders using RF scanning technology.
• Conducting stock movements and inventory activities.
• Maintaining a safe, organised and efficient warehouse environment.
