Flexiforce is seeking a Day Shift Storeperson with a forklift licence for ongoing casual work with full-time hours at our Manufacturing Company in Goulburn, NSW. This busy warehouse environment offers valuable hands-on experience within a supportive team.

Consistent full-time hours are available for reliable candidates, with day shifts from 7:00am to 3:00pm. A minimum of 1 year in a related role and strong warehousing knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of background in a similar environment.
• Strong knowledge of warehousing processes.
• Experience with pick packing, RF scanning, ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and/or forklift operations.
• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.
• Physically fit with ability to handle manual tasks.
• Reliable with strong work ethic and ability to follow instructions.

Day Shift Hours:

7:00am - 3:00pm

Main Criteria:

• Minimum of 1-year background in a similar environment
• Strong underlying knowledge of warehousing processes
• A broad range of applicable skillsets obtained from previous experience, incl. pick packing, RF scanning, utilising ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle, or similar), and/or forklift operations
• Basic knowledge of how to use hand tools and power tools
• Physically fit and capable of manual handling
• Great work ethic and can-do attitude
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions
• Excellent attention to detail
• Effective communication and comprehension skills
• Ability to work independently or within a team
• Strong commitment to workplace safety
