Job summary

Excel Recruitment is seeking reliable Production Workers for a well-established manufacturing site in Blacktown. You will assemble products, operate hand and power tools, read blueprints, and perform quality checks to ensure standards are met.

The role requires strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to perform manual handling. Immediate start and ongoing training are provided, with a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in assembly, manufacturing, production, factory work or warehousing.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Reliable and punctual with a good work ethic.
• Good physical fitness and ability to perform manual handling tasks.
• Full Australian working rights.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products using hand and power tools.
• Use drills, impact drivers, screwdrivers and other workshop tools.
• Measure, mark and mark out components with tape measures and other tools.
• Read blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate marking and assembly.
• Drill, fasten and work with metal components.
• Conduct quality checks to meet company standards.
• Pack, label and move products through production.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment.
