• Collaborate with the Head Chef to create and execute a seasonal and creative menu
• Oversee the preparation, cooking, and presentation of food in accordance with our high-quality standards and recipes
• Train, mentor, and lead kitchen staff to ensure consistency and excellence in food preparation and service
• Manage inventory, order supplies, and control food costs to maximise profitability
• Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations at all times
