Job summary

Centre for Digestive Diseases is seeking a Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse to join the Day Endoscopy Unit in Five Dock, Sydney. The role is casual or part-time, with shifts Monday to Friday and no night shifts required.

Applicants should have prior Day Surgery and Recovery experience, with Endoscopy experience highly regarded. AHPRA registration, CPR, and manual handling training are required, along with immunisation and police/working with children checks.

Qualifications

• Experience in Day Surgery and Recovery as RN/EN is essential.
• Endoscopy experience is highly regarded but not essential.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide perioperative care from admission to discharge.
• Support day surgery and recovery in a fast-paced environment.
• Deliver world-class perioperative care throughout the patient journey.
