Job summary

Australian Retirement Trust is seeking a Database Developer in Brisbane to design, develop and support enterprise-grade SQL Server databases that underpin member services.

You will collaborate with data and technology teams to ensure secure, scalable, high-performing environments and contribute to continuous improvement across our platforms.

Qualifications

  • Strong experience managing Microsoft SQL Server databases in enterprise environments.
  • Full lifecycle database development from analysis through to release.
  • Hands-on experience with SSIS and data integration solutions.
  • Skilled at designing and optimizing database schemas and structures.
  • Understanding of change management including versioning and release processes.
  • Documentation skills for clear knowledge transfer and operations.
  • Collaborate effectively with technical teams and provide guidance.
  • Degree in IT/Computer Science or equivalent industry experience.
