Quantium is seeking a Data Scientist within Transformation AI to build analytics, models and AI solutions for Telstra's operational systems. You will translate model outputs into actionable insights, collaborating with both technical and non-technical partners to deploy live in production.
You will engineer features, develop predictive models, and contribute to data products that integrate into business processes. Experience with GenAI/LLMs and cloud platforms is advantageous for this role.

We're recruiting a Data Scientist into Transformation AI, part of the Quantium Telstra team. Transformation AI builds the analytics, models and AI solutions that run inside Telstra's operational systems, supporting Telstra's Connected Future 30 strategy. The work has real commercial and customer impact — feeding major business decisions and powering capabilities used across Telstra every day.
In this role you'll design and build data science solutions and help shape how they're used. You'll work with both technical and non-technical partners to turn model outputs into insights people can actually act on, and contribute to models running live in production.
