Wesfarmers OneDigital is expanding its team with a Data Scientist to drive data-centric decision making across the Wesfarmers group. You will work on ML/AI projects from exploration to deployment, collaborating with stakeholders to translate business challenges into analytical solutions.
You will apply statistics, machine learning, and GenAI tooling to real customer data, build scalable AI solutions, and ensure responsible AI practices while communicating insights to non-technical audiences.

We have an exciting, new opportunity for a Data Scientist to join our team!
This role will work across the full lifecycle of data science projects—from exploration and experimentation to deployment and monitoring. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders to solve business problems by applying machine learning, advanced analytics and generative / agentic AI to data across the Wesfarmers group. You’ll contribute to the development of scalable AI solutions and help embed data science into decision-making processes across the organisation.
