Qualifications

• Final-year undergraduate students in 2027 eligible.
• Australian citizen, permanent resident, or NZ citizen with full working rights.
• Available to participate at SG Fleet Sydney Head Office in Pymble, NSW.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to understand customer relationships and processes.
• Perform data quality reviews and support reporting accuracy.
• Document business requirements for projects improving customer experience and efficiency.
• Develop process maps and reporting insights for continuous improvement.
• Identify trends, anomalies and opportunities from data reviews.
• Communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.
