Job summary

SG Fleet invites applications for our 2027 Internship Program in Data and Reporting Analytics, based at the Sydney Head Office in Pymble. This six-month placement starts February 2027 and partners with stakeholders to understand customer relationships and operations within the novated leasing sector.

Interns perform data quality reviews, document business requirements, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reporting accuracy.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the capacity to review data and identify trends, anomalies and improvement opportunities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with stakeholders across the business.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders across the business to understand customer relationship and operational processes in the novated leasing industry.
• Undertake data quality reviews and audits to support reporting accuracy and informed decision-making.
• Gather and document business requirements for projects aimed at improving customer experience and operational efficiency.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by developing process maps, reporting insights, and recommendations.
