Interface Agency Australia partners with a major Australian organisation to scale its Data & Analytics capability. They seek a Data Delivery Manager to bring structure, visibility and momentum to a growing portfolio of work.

The role sits between technical delivery and Agile leadership, coordinating a large team and external partners to deliver against an ambitious data strategy. You’ll work hands-on with Azure DevOps and Power BI, improve reporting, capacity planning and forecasting, and help

Qualifications

Experience with Azure DevOps and Agile ceremonies.
Experience coordinating large technical teams and multiple workstreams.
Background in data, analytics, data platforms or engineering.

Responsibilities

Driving delivery across multiple data and technology workstreams.
Working closely with internal teams and external consulting partners.
Improving and embedding consistent Agile ways of working.
Getting hands-on with Azure DevOps, improving workflows, sprint planning and delivery visibility.
Monitoring capacity and workload across a large technical team.
Tracking progress, dependencies, risks and blockers.
Improving reporting from Azure DevOps, including Power BI reporting.
Helping create better visibility of resource utilisation, timesheets, budgeting and forecasting.
Supporting managers without introducing unnecessary process or administration.
