Teachers Mutual Bank Limited is seeking a Data Operations Lead who sits with the Chief Data Officer to shape governance, visibility and delivery across data, analytics and AI.
In this non-technical operational role, you will coordinate forums, track commitments, and remove blockers while partnering with executives to drive outcomes and improve ways of working.
Some roles drive outcomes through direct delivery. Others make it possible for an entire function to perform at its best.
This newly created Data Operations Lead opportunity sits alongside the Chief Data Officer and plays a pivotal role in coordinating the priorities, commitments and governance activities that keep the Data, Analytics and AI function running effectively. While the title includes "Data Operations", this is not a technical data role.
Instead, you'll act as the operational right hand to the Chief Data Officer, bringing structure, visibility and accountability across a broad portfolio of work. You'll work closely with senior leaders, helping turn priorities into action, removing roadblocks, tracking commitments and ensuring the leadership team has clear visibility of delivery, risks and dependencies.
If you've worked as a Business Manager, Chief of Staff, PMO Lead, Program Operations Manager or within a senior executive office environment, this could be an opportunity to apply your strengths in a highly visible and influential role.
This is a rare opportunity to work at the centre of a strategically important function, partnering directly with executive leadership and contributing to the effectiveness of the broader organisation.
You’ll be someone who thrives in complex environments, enjoys creating structure and can confidently engage with senior stakeholders to drive outcomes.
At Teachers Mutual Bank Limited, we’re committed to creating positive impact for our members, communities and people.
This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a purpose-led organisation while working alongside senior leaders on initiatives that help shape the future of the business. You’ll join a collaborative environment where people value partnership, accountability, growth and continuous improvement.
