A leading organization is seeking a Data Migration Team Lead to spearhead the migration of contact data in the Digital Opportunities program. The role involves leadership of the data migration team, ensuring compliance with timelines and quality assurance in achieving successful project outcomes. Applicants must be Australian Citizens or hold valid work permits.
The Data Migration Team Lead will play a critical role in the Digital Opportunities program to ensure the success of migrating supervised contact data from the current Contact and Transport Scheduling (CATS) system to the DFFH client management system (CRIS). The Data Migration Team Lead's leadership and knowledge of Child Protection practices for supervised contacts and court orders for out-of-home-care children will ensure that the migration processes are executed as planned and issues are managed and resolved to meet the timelines set.
The Data Migration Team Lead will also support the Digital Opportunities Project Team in providing hyper-care support to Child Protection Practitioners and CP Support Workers once the new contact and transport scheduling functionality is rolled out in CRIS. This will involve working closely alongside the Digital Opportunities Implementation Lead.
