The Data Lead will drive end-to-end migration activities, work with internal stakeholders and external partners, and provide expert guidance to governance forums.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading large-scale data migration projects.
• Strong knowledge of data governance and quality frameworks.
• Experience with CRM platforms and enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end data migration from legacy CRM to new CRM platform.
• Develop data mapping, transformation rules, and migration specs.
• Oversee ETL design, data loads, reconciliation, and validation cycles.
• Coordinate cutover activities and post-migration validation.
• Identify risks, issues, and dependencies related to migration.
