Total Resource Solutions in Sydney is seeking a Data Migration Analyst to gather business and data requirements and build scalable data solutions within the Data Governance team. You will translate requirements, develop Alteryx workflows and Power BI dashboards, and collaborate with global stakeholders to drive data-driven improvements.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in data analysis or related roles, strong SQL skills, and experience in financial services data governance or back-office

Formación

• Minimum 3 years' experience in data analysis, business analysis or related role.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases and large datasets.
• Experience in financial services data governance or back-office operations is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Gather, analyse and translate business requirements into data specs.
• Develop and maintain Alteryx workflows and Power BI dashboards.
• Analyse large datasets to identify inconsistencies and improve data quality.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design improved future-state data solutions.
• Develop scalable data solutions aligned with governance standards.
• Identify automation opportunities and build proofs-of-concept and business cases.
• Support data governance initiatives and ensure operational requirements are met.
• Deliver projects within agreed timelines with global stakeholders.

Bachelor's degree in IT/Business or related discipline
