Job summary

ACT is seeking a Data Management Officer in the Data, Projects and Improvement Branch to ingest and transform data into the ACT data warehouse, enabling enhanced reporting and informed decision‑making across the directorate.

You will work with Salesforce and SaaS sources, collaborate with senior staff, and apply FME, SQL and Microsoft Fabric along with AI tools to streamline data flows and optimise queries while maintaining autonomy in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in ingested and transforming data into a data warehouse is essential.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Ingest and transform data from diverse business systems into the data warehouse.
• Collaborate with Assistant Director, Director and branch colleagues to support reporting.
• Optimize data environment with DBAs; monitor data quality and performance.
• Utilize FME, SQL, Microsoft Fabric and AI tools to support problem solving and query optimisation.
