Job summary

Zoe is seeking two Data Entry Clerks for our Ipswich-based client. The roles require accurate data input, strong Word and Excel skills, and attention to detail. Entry-level positions with full training provided; suitable for college leavers or those seeking a second job. On-site in IP2, full-time hours.

You will input data into databases, perform quality checks, and assist with reports. Overtime is paid after 40 hours; 21 days holiday plus Bank Holidays and a UK pension scheme are included.

Qualifications

• Suit college Leaver or 2nd jobber; full training provided.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in data entry.
• Good organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a quiet, methodical team.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Accurately input data into company systems and databases.
• Verifying the accuracy of data and making necessary corrections.
• Managing and maintaining data files and records.
• Performing regular data quality checks to ensure consistency and reliability.
• Assisting with the preparation of reports and summaries using basic Word and Excel functions.
• Supporting other administrative tasks as required by the team.
