Job summary

JD Security is seeking a Data Entry Clerk/Coordinator for its Monitoring Centre at head office in Wetherill Park. The role focuses on maintaining customer/dealer data, processing activations and amendments, and generating reports to support operations.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in data entry, strong attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office 365. You will work across internal teams with a customer-focused, solutions-driven approach.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years Data Entry and Customer Service experience within a similar position (Security / Monitoring Centre experience highly regarded)
• NSW Security License - Class 1E (Essential however can be obtained on commencement)
• High level of attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy and quality assurance.
• Confident communicator with well-developed verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong computer literacy with demonstrated experience in Microsoft Office 365 and the ability to quickly learn, and adapt to new software systems
• Experienced in managing challenging customer interactions with professionalism, empathy and a solutions-focused approach.
• Highly regarded to have exposure to platforms including BOLD, GoCanvas, IMMIX, Permaconn Atlas, Multipath or DirectWireless

Data Entry Clerk / Data Entry Coordinator (Monitoring Centre)

Due to continued growth, we are seeking a motivated and detail-orientedData Entry Coordinatorto join our Head Office team based in Wetherill Park.

As a key member of our administration team, you will play an important role in supporting our operations through accurate data processing, system updates and general administrative support.

Position Description:

• Manage and maintain customer and dealer account data within the JD Monitoring Centre.
• Process new account activations, amendments and cancellations.

• Permanent Full Time Position- 40 hours per week - Monday to Friday between the hours of 10am to 6:30pm or 10:30am to 7:00pm
