Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the finance team, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date.
- Assist with processing orders and managing customer accounts.
- Enter data with accuracy an proficiency.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email, maintaining a professional and friendly tone.
- Update and maintain the CRM system with relevant sales data and customer information.
- Prepare reports and sales figures for team meetings and management reviews.
- Support the team with ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.
The Successful Applicant
A successful candidate should have:
- Previous experience in an administrative or sales support role within the blue-collar industry.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, using pivot tables and creating formulas through excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
