Job summary

Linkforce Engineering is seeking a Data Engineer to join our Technology and Innovation Team on a permanent full-time basis. Based at our CBD Head Office, this is a hands-on SQL role, responsible for building data pipelines, creating reliable SQL Server and PostgreSQL warehouse foundations, and improving data platform performance.

You will work with SQL Server and PostgreSQL, develop ETL/ELT pipelines, ensure data quality, and collaborate with business leaders and technical teams to deliver

Qualifications

• Expert SQL capability, particularly T-SQL and PostgreSQL.
• Strong experience with query optimisation, indexing and execution plan analysis.
• Proven ability to build ETL/ELT pipelines and warehouse structures.
• Troubleshoot skills with the ability to identify and resolve data quality and integration issues end to end.
• Effective communication skills, with confidence partnering across business Leaders and technical teams.
