Job summary

VINCI Group – Spiecapag Australia invites engineering students to join our Brisbane‑based Data Team for an Undergraduate Internship. You’ll gain hands‑on exposure to software development, data pipelines, reporting and analytics within a major construction and infrastructure organisation.

You’ll join us for 1 to 2 days per week for the remainder of the year, with the opportunity to increase to full‑time hours over the summer break.

Qualifications

• Currently studying Engineering with a focus on software/data
• Interest in data and technology
• Interest in software development, data pipelines, reporting and analytics
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and proactive, team-first mindset
• Availability 1–2 days per week with potential to increase to full-time over summer
• Current Australian work rights

Responsibilities

• Assist with developing, testing and improving internal tools and applications
• Support design, maintenance and improvement of data workflows
• Prepare dashboards, reports and data summaries for internal stakeholders
• Identify opportunities to automate tasks and improve reporting accuracy
• Maintain documentation and data quality practices
• Collaborate with data team, engineering, project delivery and corporate functions
