Qualifications

• Designs and maintains data pipelines on Azure Synapse.
• Builds reusable data products with strong testing and documentation.
• Maintains data governance and data quality practices.
• Collaborates with analytics engineers and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Designs, develops and maintains data pipelines across the Azure Synapse data platform.
• Maintains DevOps pipelines for automated testing, deployment and release.
• Builds trusted data products using sound engineering, testing and documentation.
• Escalates design, security, governance and delivery risks to Lead Data Engineer.
• Collaborates with analytics engineers, analysts and technology teams to translate data requirements into solutions.
• Contributes to engineering standards and reusable patterns across the data platform.
