Job summary

Clicks IT Recruitment is seeking a Data Engineer in Canberra to ingest, transform, and prepare data for analytics using Microsoft technologies. The role focuses on secure, reliable data solutions supporting BI, reporting and decision-making.

Qualifications

• Experience building and maintaining data pipelines and data models.
• Strong SQL querying and data validation skills.
• Experience with Azure cloud services and Power BI is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, optimise and maintain SQL queries and data transformation processes
• Build, monitor and support data pipelines using Azure Data Factory
• Design and maintain Microsoft Fabric dataflows and pipelines
• Prepare, cleanse and validate data from multiple sources

Are you passionate about turning data into meaningful insights? We're seeking a skilled Data Engineer to support the ingestion, transformation and preparation of data for reporting and analytics using modern Microsoft technologies.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a collaborative environment where you'll help build and maintain secure, reliable data solutions that support business intelligence, reporting and decision-making.
You'll play a key role in developing and supporting data integration and reporting capabilities, ensuring data is accurate, secure and fit for purpose. Working alongside technical and business stakeholders, you'll help deliver high-quality data products using Microsoft’s cloud analytics platform.

Key Responsibilities
