Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field

  • Understanding of CI/CD principles and version-controlled deployment

About the Role

You'll own the end-to-end reporting lifecycle across our contact centre's telephony and digital channels, transforming raw data into reliable datasets, uncovering actionable insights, and presenting compelling narratives that influence strategy at every level.

This role sits at the intersection of data engineering, analytics, and storytelling . You'll build the foundations, discover what matters, and make it land.

What You'll Do

What You Bring;

Technical excellence

Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field

Experience with cloud data platforms (Google BigQuery or similar)

Proficiency in Excel, Power Query, and dimensional data modelling

Understanding of CI/CD principles and version-controlled deployment

Familiarity with Jira, GitHub/GitLab, Confluence, and Google Workspace
