Job summary

You'll partner with Planning, Operations, Procurement, Finance and Asset Management to deliver meaningful reporting and insights that improve operational performance and financial outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience analysing maintenance spend and forecasting costs.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights and reports.
• Strong commercial awareness and stakeholder influence.
• Experience in mining or heavy industry is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily oversight of maintenance expenditure and ensure costs align with plans.
• Investigate cost anomalies and identify root causes for improvements.
• Develop dashboards and reports comparing planned vs actual expenditure.
• Collaborate with Planning, Operations, Procurement, Finance and Asset Management.
• Monitor cost reduction initiatives and measure savings realized.
• Support planning accuracy through data-driven forecasting.
• Ensure maintenance data integrity and governance.
• Participate in identifying opportunities to reduce unnecessary costs.
