Job summary

Newton is expanding into Australia and seeking a Consultant to build the fundamentals of our methodology. You will work with clients to analyse data, identify opportunities, and support workstreams under senior guidance.

The role involves on-site work across Australia, problem-solving with client counterparts, and delivering data-driven stories to stakeholders at all levels while pursuing excellence and rapid development.

Qualifications

• First Class Honours or GPA 6.0/7.0 or WAM 80+.
• Analytical and problem-solving capability.
• Ability to deliver in complex challenges.
• Drive, resilience and pursuit of excellence.
• Curiosity and openness to new ideas.
• Empathy, feedback capability and self-awareness.
• Strong communication to simplify complex issues.

Responsibilities

• Analyse data and map processes to identify opportunities for operational improvement.
• Support design and delivery of a workstream under guidance of senior colleagues.
• Work on site in Australia locations with client counterparts to review progress.
• Create clear, data-driven stories for stakeholders from front-line managers to team leads.
• Support delivery and resourcing plans to keep workstreams on track.
• Identify opportunities for future work within the client area.
• Demonstrate experience in consulting or adjacent industries.
