EB Games is excited to offer the following role of Data & Digital Marketing Assistant to be part of the team that shares our awesome EB World with millions of people across Australia! If you’re passionate about data, we’ll help you build on your skills and grow in this entry-level role.
This role is all about learning, growing, and getting hands-on with both data and digital marketing. As part of the Loyalty & Customer Engagement team, you’ll help bring campaigns to life, dive into numbers to spot what’s working, and play a part in creating the kind of customer experiences that make EB Games and Zing Pop Culture so much fun to be a part of.

Primary responsibilities include:

• Dive into data – help collect and organise numbers, and start learning how to spot useful patterns (we’ll teach you the tricks)
• Support marketing campaigns – get involved with CRM, loyalty programs, eDMs, and promotions
• Learn by doing – work with different teams to build your skills in digital marketing, analytics, and customer engagement
• Contribute fresh ideas – share your perspective on how campaigns can be improved and made more engaging
• Grow your skills – from Excel to dashboards to marketing tools, you’ll pick up practical know-how that builds your career foundation

Please note that this full time role is based at our Head Office in Eagle Farm, QLD.

What are we looking for?

To be successful in this role you must be:

• Comfortable with numbers and detail, even if you’re still building your toolkit.
• Positive, curious, and adaptable – you enjoy learning new things and aren’t afraid to ask questions.
• Interested in marketing, data, and customer experience.
• A Team player with great communication skills – you like working with people as much as spreadsheets.

The following would be advantageous (but not required):

• Experience with Excel or similar data tools.
• Exposure to digital marketing platforms (e.g. email, CRM, or social scheduling tools).
• Studies or prior experience in marketing, business, or data-related areas.
