Job summary

Westpac Group in Australia is seeking a Tech Domain Owner - Data Delivery to lead the data engineering capability within your division. You will enable engineers and squads to deliver safely, sustainably and quickly while adopting enterprise platforms, standards and target-state engineering patterns.

You will align capacity and capability, drive reuse and standardisation, and elevate engineering maturity across Data Delivery, partnering with DDAI and divisional leadership to prioritise delivery

Qualifications

Leadership experience in data delivery and data engineering.
Ability to align capacity with strategic priorities and stakeholders.
Experience driving adoption of enterprise platforms and standards.

Responsibilities

Lead and shape the data delivery engineering capability.
Balance demand with capability and plan workforce for current and future needs.
