Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of data centre projects from design through construction and handover.
• Coordinate mechanical services and building services packages in mission-critical environments.
• Liaise with consultants, contractors and internal stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.
• Monitor programmes, budgets, procurement activities and milestones.
• Oversee contractor performance and ensure compliance with project specs and quality standards.
• Identify risks, resolve technical challenges and implement effective solutions.
• Ensure compliance with safety requirements and regulations.
