Job summary

GLP Gestion Pty Ltd is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support the Senior Project Manager in the end-to-end delivery of data centre projects. This full-time role is site based in Toowoomba, QLD, with some office collaboration.

You'll coordinate planning, scheduling and budget tracking across multiple stakeholders and vendors, and support procurement, expediting of materials and site activities. You'll help monitor progress against the program and ensure safety, regulatory, and technical

Qualifications

• Solid project support or coordination experience within construction or infrastructure projects.
• Experience expediting materials and services to keep schedules on track.
• Logistics coordination with suppliers, transport, warehousing and site deliveries.
• Familiarity with inspection activities, quality assurance, and compliance with building, safety and technical standards.
• A relevant tertiary qualification in engineering, construction management, project management, or a related discipline.
• Ability to work within multidisciplinary teams and build effective relationships with contractors and stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to timelines and documentation.
• Experience supporting reports, project documentation, and stakeholder updates using project management tools (Aconex/Procore).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning, scheduling, and budget tracking across multiple stakeholders and vendors.
• Monitor progress against the program and ensure safety, quality, and regulatory standards are met.
• Assist in procurement and expediting of materials and equipment.
• Support logistics coordination and site inspections; track risks, issues, and change items.
