Capital Executive Search is seeking an operational leader to take charge of three data centres across NSW and VIC. You will oversee site managers, drive performance, and lead a ~30-person on-site team with hands-on, practical leadership.

The role involves mobility across Sydney sites and periodic travel to Melbourne, with a clear path to broader portfolio expansion as the business grows.

Qualifications

• Experience in data centre operations
• Hands-on knowledge of DC infrastructure
• Ability to manage site managers and lead teams
• Willing to be on-site and travel between sites across NSW & VIC

Responsibilities

• Provide operational oversight across three data centres in NSW and VIC.
• Directly support Facilities Managers to lift consistency in standards, technical rigor and performance.
• Lead a combined team of around 30 site staff on the ground.
• Coach and guide site teams using deep operational knowledge.
• Partner with senior leadership on operational reporting and performance.
• Contribute to future site expansion planning as the business grows.
