Job summary

AustCorp Executive is seeking a senior engineer to lead end-to-end project delivery for data centres, healthcare and critical facilities in Western Australia. You will oversee feasibility, design, construction, commissioning and operation, coordinating multi-disciplinary teams and clients to ensure outcomes meet budgets and quality standards.

You have Chartered Engineer status or equivalent, 15+ years in engineering delivery, and will secure necessary clearances; you will contribute to proposals

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in engineering delivery environments.
• Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams in professional services or construction.
• Tertiary qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics or Building Services Engineering.
• Chartered Engineer or equivalent recognition.
• Ability to obtain National Police Check and AGSVA/NV1 vetting if required.

Responsibilities

• Regularly connect with clients to ensure needs are understood and met by the technical team.
• Deliver outputs on time and within allocated budgets, exceeding client requirements.
• Implement sound and efficient methodology for technical delivery.
• Plan technical delivery and coordinate all resource needs.
• Plan, program, track, and report progress.
• Coordinate quality reviews, schedules, and modifications with stakeholders.
• Maintain constructive relationships with contractors, clients, consultants and team members.
• Contribute to proposals and bid development for business development.
• Deliver projects to required quality standards.
• Identify and resolve issues as they arise with solutions.
