Job summary

CDC Data Centres in Melbourne is seeking a Commissioning Manager to lead the commissioning process on major data centre projects. You will work with multi-disciplinary teams, ensure adherence to governance, and coordinate stakeholders through design reviews, factory acceptance, handover and operational readiness.

The role requires at least five years in commissioning management, a track record on large-scale projects, and strong communication across ACONEX, PROCORE and BIM environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience as a commissioning manager.
• Demonstrable successful record on ‘similar' scale projects.
• Ability to communicate through construction channels: ACONEX, PROCORE and BIM.
• Australian citizen with the ability to obtain an NV1 Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Work within and champion the CDC governance framework, supporting commissioning activities across data centre projects.
• Collaborate with Development team to develop and implement project-specific commissioning plans and programs.
• Provide commissioning expertise and oversight from design review and factory acceptance to project completion, handover and operational readiness.
• Contribute to development, maintenance and improvement of commissioning standards, documentation and processes.
• Collaborate with CDC stakeholders to improve deliverables of commissioning processes.
• Maintain awareness of industry standards for commissioning strategies to potentially adopt.
