Job summary

A leading engineering company in Melbourne is seeking a Commissioning Engineer to be part of the Project Engineering team. The role involves the commissioning of critical electrical and mechanical equipment while ensuring compliance with safety standards. You'll work closely with customers and internal teams to ensure successful project execution and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate has a Tertiary Qualification in Electrical Engineering and over 5 years of experience in data centre commissioning.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data centre commissioning.
• Understanding of BMS integration with alarm and control systems.
• Experience with UPS and HVAC systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute commissioning scripts/tests.
• Coordinate commissioning/start-up with Service operations.
• Engage with customers to ensure a positive experience.
