Qualifications

• Extensive experience in managing Data Centre or similar mission-critical projects.
• Demonstrated track record of winning and managing major projects.
• Expertise in cost management and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex cost engineering on mission-critical projects.
• Liaise with clients, architects, and main contractors.
• Conduct tender evaluations and analysis.
• Prepare and negotiate final accounts and claims.
