The ideal candidate has 3+ years in data center ops, strong problem-solving and documentation skills, and the ability to lift 50+ lbs. Certification and vendor credentials are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of data center operations experience.
• Expert cabling skills with Cat6/6a and fiber types.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in demanding environments.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain server and network equipment.
• Perform structured cabling (copper and fiber optic).
• Execute hardware deployments and decommissions; monitor environmental systems.
• Respond to incidents and perform troubleshooting.
• Maintain accurate documentation and asset tracking.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams.
• Participate in capacity planning and upgrades.
