Job summary

Phillip Riley Projects Pty Ltd is seeking a Software Engineer for a permanent, full-time role in Brisbane. The successful candidate will lead and assist with migration activities for both physical and virtual data centre environments, reporting to the Senior Data Centre Manager of the Data Centre Infrastructure Support team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Demonstrated experience in data centre design and migration.
• Strong solution design and hands-on deployment within the data centre environment.
• Demonstrated ability to translate technical information to non-technical peers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Leading and/or assisting with planning and execution of migration activities for physical and virtual environments.
• Developing solution designs and implementing them in line with best practice.
• Providing specialist advice to projects and teams to ensure best practice implementations.
• Liaising with project and ICT stakeholders to define and schedule deliverables.
